AutoWarm provides email warmup services designed to improve email deliverability and sender reputation. Our platform helps users gradually increase their email sending volume and engagement rates to optimize inbox placement.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AutoWarm for:
- Sending spam, unsolicited, or bulk emails
- Phishing, fraud, or any illegal activities
- Violating third-party rights or privacy
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Bypassing or manipulating email provider policies

4. Billing and Payment

- Payments are processed monthly or annually as chosen
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
5. Service Availability and Support
While we strive for high uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We provide customer support through email and may offer additional support channels based on your plan level.

AutoWarm and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoWarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
- We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
- Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
